COMMISSIONERS’ PROCEEDINGS       

          December 17, 2015

          Commissioners Doug Tucker, John Grewell, and John Prinkki were present.

          8:30 Pledge of Allegiance.

          Commissioners approved Sheriff’s Office request to fill open Full-Tim Dispatcher position as an employee had resigned.

          Commissioner Tucker moved to accept Justice Court Fines and Fees Receipts Summary for November 2015; Commissioner Grewell seconded; motion carried.

          9:00 Deputy County Attorney Jacque Papez met with Commissioners; at that time the commissioners closed the regular meeting to discuss a personnel issue.

9:30 The Commissioners reconvened their regular meeting.

10:00 Bid award for the East Pryor Road Bridge was postponed for further review by Great West Engineering.

10:30  Ken Coffin, USFS District Ranger, met with the commissioners to introduce himself and to discuss various county/forest service projects:  Pryor Mountain Road, Greater Red Lodge Area Vegetation and Wildlife Management project and the overall forest service management plan update.
