  COMMISSIONERS’ PROCEEDINGS

          Commissioners Doug Tucker, John Grewell, and John Prinkki were present.  

8:30 Pledge of Allegiance.

Commissioner Grewell moved to accept the Road Union grivence as filed and provide ten (10) hours holiday pay going forward; Commissioner Tucker seconded; motion carried.

Commissioner Grewell  moved to rescind Resolution 2001-19 and adopt Resolution 2015-01 Road Maintinance Priority Policy; Commissioner Tucker seconded; motion carried.

Commissioners received weed plan evaluation from the Carbon County Weed Department on the Mud Springs Wind Project.

Commissioner Grewell moved to approve meeting minutes from December 15, 18, 22, 29, January 5, and 8; Commissioner Doug Tucker seconded; motion carried.

10:00 David McAusland and Road Superintendent Shawn Mains met with Commissioners regarding maintenance on the East Rosebud Road. Commissioner Prinkki  confirmed the road after the sandford bridge is not a County Road; he also noted that there are a number of sections after the bridge that do not have easements. The county has not pursued the easements, and has left it up to the landowners to secure easments and develop a special improvement district. Commissioner Prinkki stated there is no obligation for the County to maintain the road as it is not a county road.
