COMMISSIONERS’ PROCEEDINGS

Commissioners Robert ‘Pits’ DeArmond, Scott Blain, and Bill Bullock, and Administrative Officer Angela Newell were present.
8:30 Pledge of Allegiance.
Mary Cameron met with Commissioners to inform them the DUI Task Force was selected for a $500 donation from Prerogative Kitchen.
Commissioner DeArmond moved to approve the District Court Report and the Clerk and Recorder’s Monthly Deposit Reconciliation for December 2018; Commissioner Bullock seconded; motion carried.
Commissioners received MDT Bridge Inspection Reports.
Commissioners approved employee time approvals for December 23 – January 5.
Commissioner Bullock moved to approved Justice Court End of Period Disbursement and Treasurer’s Cash Report for December 2018; Commissioner DeArmond seconded; motion carried.
11:00 Sheriff Josh McQuillan joined Commissioners for conference call with Codan Communications regarding the radio system project. Tom Kohley participated by phone. Commissioner Bullock noted the County had planned on processing a budget amendment for any additional antenna equipment and installation once the cost was finalized. Discussed Bridger and Shane Ridge tower sites, equipment roll out, radio system cut over and paging while cut over is taking place.
11:30 Commissioner DeArmond moved to approve the Agreement with the Department of Justice Motor Vehicles Division for Treasurer Services; Commissioner Bullock seconded; motion carried. County Attorney Alex Nixon was present.
Commissioner DeArmond moved to approve claims for December 2018; Commissioner Bullock seconded; motion carried.
