Commissioners Doug Tucker, John Grewell, and Bill Bullock, and Administrative Assistant Angela Newell were present.

8:30 Pledge of Allegiance

Deputy Clerk and Recorder Christine Stovall met with Commissioners to report total cost of the Special Federal Election was $17,663.70.

9:00 Sanitarian Josh Juarez met with Commissioners for the approval of a secretary for his department and his preliminary budget. Commissioner Bullock moved to accept Sanitarian Department Secretary job description as provided; Commissioner Grewell seconded; motion carried. Commissioners approved advertising position in this week’s paper.

Karina Floodplain Appeal. Denied because of document provided by neighbor and lack of approval from Army Corps of Engineers.

9:45 Commissioner Grewell moved to approve Records Disposal Request from Clerk and Recorder; Commissioner Bullock seconded; motion carried.

10:00 Commissioner Grewell moved to approve Department of Public Health and Human Services Task Order 18-07-5-01-005-0 Maternal and Child Health Block Grant Program; Commissioner Bullock seconded; motion carried.

Commissioner Grewell moved to approve Resolution 2017-08 Authorize Treasure State Endowment Program Planning Grant Application for Bridge Inventory and Preliminary Engineering Reports; Commissioner Bullock seconded; motion carried.

10:30 Commissioner Grewell moved to approve Agreement with Department of Administration, Olness & Associates, and Carbon County for Standard Audit Services from 7/1/16 – 6/30/19; Commissioner Bullock seconded; motion carried.
