COMMISSIONERS’ PROCEEDINGS       

          November 16, 2015

          Commissioners Doug Tucker, John Grewell, and John Prinkki were present.

            8:30 Pledge of Allegiance.

          Commissioner Tucker moved to accept meeting minutes as reviewed for November 9th and 12th; Commissioner Grewell seconded; motion carried.

          9:00 Jeff Schmidt of Red Lodge Mountain met with Commissioners. Commissioner Grewell moved to accept Red Lodge Mountain Lease of County Sander Truck and Winter Maintenance License Agreement; Commissioner Tucker seconded; motion carried. They also discussed future plans for Red Lodge Mountain and Resort Tax payments.

          9:30 Commissioners discussed the Sage Creek, Section House, and Pryor Gap Road Access Project. Commissioner Tucker moved to accept the invitation to be a cooperating agency in the project; Commissioner Grewell seconded; motion carried.

          10:00 DES Coord. / GIS Mgr. Tom Kohley met with Commissioners for his weekly update.

         10:30 County Attorney Alex Nixon met with Commissioners to discuss response to Betsy Scanlin’s letter regarding the East Rosebud Road. He will make comments on the draft letter.

          Clerk and Recorder Marcia Henigman joined the meeting to discuss tax deeded property with Commissioners and County Attorney. Alex thought it would be appropriate for Dept. of Revenue to do a current appraisal on the personal property in Bearcreek.
