Commissioners John Grewell and Administrative Assistant Angela Newell were present.
8:30 Pledge of Allegiance
9:00 Civil Deputy Attorney Jacque Papez met with Commissioner Grewell. They discussed the Devries Cattle Guard application. Commissioner Grewell noted he will not be approving one of the cattle guards and has advised applicant that decision can be appealed to the Commission.
10:00 Commissioner Tucker participated in the meeting via phone. Judy Christensen met with Commissioners for Election Judge approvals (attached). Judy noted she also has 4 more alternate judges training today. Commissioner Tucker moved to approve judges as presented; Commissioner Grewell seconded; motion carried.
Commissioner Grewell moved October 3rd Commissioners Proceedings; Commissioner Tucker seconded; motion carried.
Commissioner Grewell moved Justice Court End of Period Disbursements for September 2016; Commissioner Tucker seconded; motion carried.
