School representatives stated they did not think the Fair Board had concerns with proposal. The School District would like to lease ground to construct an 8500 sq ft bus barn and parking lot. The District would take on responsibility for plowing the road and parking lot. Commissioner Bullock noted the County would like to wait for the final decision from the City regarding deannexing the Fairgrounds; he also expressed concerns with storage space for the Red Lodge Road District, which uses space at the Fairground for seasonal storage. Commissioner Tucker noted camper/trailer parking during the County Fair may also be an issue.
