Attendants discussed the Luther School Board’s expectations of what the Contractor’s role would be with the school. Jane made a distinction between the duties of the Superintendent of Schools that her office will perform and the duties that require a specific certification per 20-3-207 (MCA), which Dan will perform under the Agreement.
