          Commissioners John Grewell and John Prinkki were present.

8:30 Pledge of Allegiance.

          9:00 Tom Kohley met with Commissioners regarding his contract renewal for Rural Addressing and Public Information Officer. Disaster and Emergency Services Coordinator Darrel Krum was also present. Commissioner Grewell moved to accept contract with an increase to per address reimbursement to $33; Commissioner Prinkki seconded; motion carried.

          9:30 Commissioner Grewell left the meeting to attend TSEP Hearing in Helena.

          11:00 Road Superintendent Shawn Mains met with Commissioner Prinkki for bid opening. Bids were received as follows:
