COMMISSIONERS’ PROCEEDINGS

Commissioners Scott Blain and Robert “Pits” DeArmond, and Administrative Assistant Angela Newell were present.
8:30 Pledge of Allegiance
Gordon Sirrine was present.
9:00 Sheriff Josh McQuillan and Bearcreek Clerk Jane Swanson-Webb met with Commissioners. Commissioner DeArmond moved to accept Law Enforcement Services and Dispatch Services Agreements with Town of Bearcreek; Commissioner Blain seconded; motion carried.
9:30 Commissioners went to the Court House to review facilities.
Sanitarian Josh Juarez was out sick but submitted his monthly report (attached).
11:00 Commissioner DeArmond moved to approve employee time for March 18-31, 2018; Commissioner Blain seconded; motion carried.
Commissioner DeArmond moved to accept Treasurer’s Cash report for March 2018; Commissioner Blain seconded; motion carried.
12:00 Adjourned
