Commissioners Robert ‘Pits’ DeArmond, Scott Blain, and Bill Bullock, and Administrative Officer Angela Newell were present.

Commissioner Bullock moved to approve Treasurer Cash Report for March 2019; Commissioner Blain seconded; motion carried.
Commissioner Bullock moved to approve District Court Report for March 2019; Commissioner Blain seconded; motion carried.
Commissioner Bullock moved to approve Clerk and Recorder Deposit Reconciliation for March 2019; Commissioner Blain seconded; motion carried.
9:00 City of Red Lodge Mayor Bill Larson, Attorney Rebecca Narmore, Public Works Director Jim Bushnell, and council members Diane Dimich, Mary Cameron, and Glory Mahan met with Commissioners. Clerk and Recorder Christine L. Stovall was present. Mayor Larson noted he held a department head meeting to discuss issues in the last year; City officials would like to move forward. Rebecca noted they have worked to coordinate prisoner transports for City and District Court dates. The City has developed their draft weed program in agreement with the Weed District Coordinator. Parties discussed the Woodlands on Rock Creek subdivision. The County has placed conditions on the Subdivision requiring City approval of the sewer hookups and requiring road because of line of site issues for approaches.
10:00 Deputy County Attorney Shannon Foley met with Commissioners and discussed the Industrial bill. Shannon will send a letter to their attorney noting county will not be paying invoice for service call we did not initiate. County Attorney Alex Nixon joined the meeting. Discussed Sally Port roof. Noted did not bring up with Susan Hovde in Sally Port Discussion; contractor has stated still under warranty will be kept as a separate issue. Discussed encroachment permits and requiring bond for work. Alex does not see any reason that would be prohibited; suggested review at public meeting.
