COMMISSIONERS’ PROCEEDINGS       

          April 6, 2015

          Commissioners Doug Tucker, John Grewell, and John Prinkki were present.

8:30 Pledge of Allegiance.

          Jennifer Drinkwater met with Commissioners regarding route for Grizzly Peak Adventure Race and to request use of lawn between Court House and Elks Lodge on April 18th where the race will end. 

     Commissioners discussed benefits of paying for MT Forest Counties Coalition dues. Commissioner Grewell moved to pay dues to MT coalition of Forest counties; Commissioner Tucker seconded; motion carried.

     9:30 Earl Atwood and Joel Bertolino met with Commissioners regarding the Beartooth RC&D Economic Development Coordinator Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) and annual update. Commissioner Grewell moved to accept MOU for 2015; Commissioner Tucker seconded; motion carried.

     Commissioner Grewell moved to accept March 26th, 30th, and April 2nd meeting minutes; Commissioner Tucker seconded; motion carried.

     Commissioner Grewell moved to accept Professional Services Agreement for the purchase of County Wide Simulcast Repeater System with Industrial Communications, the agreement is bound by the RFP terms that specify an October 15, 2015 project completion date and $200/day penalty after that date; Commissioner Tucker seconded; motion carried.

     Commissioners received zoning compliance forms for two gravel pits off Highway 78.

     Commissioner Tucker moved to enter into Agreement with Department of Public Health and Human Services for Licensed Establishment Inspections; Commissioner Grewell seconded; motion carried.
