Commissioners Scott Miller, Scott Blain, and Bill Bullock; and Administrative Officer Angela Newell were present.
8:30 Pledge of Allegiance.
Commissioners discussed the resignation of Grady Althoff in the Bridger Road Shop.
Miller moved to offer the Road Rover position to Jay Carter; Blain seconded; motion carried.
8:35 Fire Warden Tom Kohley met with Commissioners to reschedule road crew Fire Training to accommodate the Millings project.
8:37 Clerk and Recorder Macque Bohleen met to discuss properties currently going through the Tax Deed Process
8:40 Contracted Civil Attorney Jacque Papez met to discuss Matriarch’s proposal to amend the Gravel Crushing Agreement. Blain wants specifics on what is expected of the County in the Vukonich Pit; this would be conditional upon the abandonment of the Phillips Pit portion of the contract.
Blain departed to meet with Mussers to discuss the auction at Cedarwood.
Bullock and Miller discussed Meeteetse Road maintenance and material sources.
9:30 Treasurer Lori Lynde met for the Quarterly Collateral report. $26M last year down about $1M; CedarWood. Bullock moved to accept the Treasurer’s Quarterly Collateral Report of $24,902,039.07; Miller seconded; motion carried.

Commissioners thanked Lynde for the efficient management of her office.

9:45 Blain discussed meeting with Mussers and preparation for the auction in May or June. Discussed transfer of upright fridge/freezer to the Fair. On April 30th they will be putting new flooring in the Fair kitchen.

Blain moved to approve Commissioners Proceedings for March 14 and 16, 2023 Bullock seconded; motion carried.

10:00 HR Specialist Kate Asbury met with Commissioners for her monthly update.

10:30 Brent Moore and Tyler Lindbloom of Interstate Engineering met for Dorvall Corner Bid Award. Bullock moved to award the Dorvall Corner Bank Stabilization bid to Martin Construction Inc.; Blain seconded; motion carried.

Noted Site Visits with Floodplain on Thursday at 7 sites.

10:50 Blain moved to approve document disposal requests for the Weed District Grant Records and old bid document records; Bullock seconded; motion carried. (Detail attached).

Clerk and Recorder Macque Bohleen met with Commissioners to discuss corrected monthly deposit reconciliation reports; the totals are correct, but the details for the weekly deposits needed to be adjusted for April 2022 – March 2023. Bullock moved to approve the corrected Monthly Deposit Reconciliation Reports from April 2022 – March 2023; Blain seconded; motion carried.

11:15 Bullock moved to adopt Resolution 2023-10 Commissioners Meeting and Administrative Procedures; Blain seconded; motion carried.

11:30 Bullock moved to approve the ARPA Grant Agreement for the Roberts Water and Sewer District; Blain Seconded; discussion of the required re-evaluation of residential income for eligibility; motion carried.
