COMMISSIONERS’ PROCEEDINGS        

          August 10, 2015

          Commissioners Doug Tucker, John Grewell, and John Prinkki were present.

8:30 Pledge of Allegiance.

9:00 The 24/7 Program Agreement still needs to be finalized and will be placed on the August 17th agenda.

Commissioner Grewell moved to accept the July 2015 Claim approval list; Commissioner Tucker seconded; motion carried.

Commissioners accepted Alan Wetstein’s letter of resignation from the County Fair Board effective August 31, 2015.

Commissioners discussed issue of Cottonwood Creek road being a County Road; petitions were recorded for the County to take over the road, but record cannot be found accepting the road in the Commissioners’ minutes.

Commissioner Tucker moved to accept Clerk and Recorder July 2015 Deposit Reconciliation; Commissioner Grewell seconded; motion carried.

Commissioner Tucker moved to accept Treasurer July 2015 Cash Report; Commissioner Grewell seconded; motion carried.

Commissioner Tucker moved to accept Justice Court End of Period Disbursement for July 2015; Commissioner Grewell seconded; motion carried.

Commissioner Tucker moved to accept District Court July 2015 Fines and Fees Receipt Summary; Commissioner Grewell seconded; motion carried.

Commissioner Tucker moved to accept meeting minutes of July 20, 2015; Commissioner Grewell seconded; motion carried.

Commissioner Grewell move to resolve to go into Stage 1 Fire Restrictions effective 12:01 A.M. Wednesday, August 12; Commissioner Tucker seconded; motion carried. (Resolution 2015-13)

9:45 Susan Hovde met with Commissioners regarding repairs to the Administrative Building; the eaves on the east side of the building need to be replaced.

Commissioner Tucker moved to accept Alternative Purchase Service Contract for 2015-2016; Commissioner Grewell seconded; motion carried.

 

10:20 John Husar met with Commissioners to discuss the Mud Springs Wind Project Impact Fee and New and Expanding Industry Assessment. Commissioners are still waiting on the requested financial documentation. John would like the eagle and other migratory bird issues resolved before moving forward.

11:00 Commissioners participated in the Fire Restrictions conference call. Fish Wildlife and Parks and State Parks will also go into Stage 1 Restrictions.
