COMMISSIONERS’ PROCEEDINGS

Commissioners Scott Miller, Scott Blain, and Bill Bullock; and Administrative Officer Angela Newell were present.
8:30 Pledge of Allegiance.
9:00 Miller moved to accept the Milling Agreement with MDT for Fromberg to Rockvale; Bullock seconded; Blain plans to use millings from railroad tracks at Edgar and go out about a mile also hope to get streets in Edgar. Motion carried.
Blain moved to accept the Justice Court Report for July 2021; Miller seconded; motion carried.
Commissioners reviewed road budgets and cash reserves.
Blain noted the State has plenty of flu vaccines and will extend the ordering deadline until our new Public Health Coordinator is on board.
Commissioners discussed engaging CODAN Communications to assist with developing a radio system maintenance/replacement plan.
10:00 Nixon joined for his weekly meeting. He has conducted a number of Deputy County Attorney interviews. Meeting closed to discuss HR issue.
10:07 meeting reopened. Discussed easements for school trust lands.
Bullock will participate in DNRC meeting regarding logging on West Fork to consider an amicus brief to reinstate the project.
