Commissioners Robert ‘Pits’ DeArmond, Scott Blain, and Bill Bullock, and Administrative Officer Angela Newell were present.

Marcela Manuel met with Commissioners to discuss land for a jail. Commissioners noted they will be looking at a number of locations to compare for price.
Mary Cameron met with DUI Task Force; the Task Force would like to put in an add to solicit membership or solicit formal agency appointments.
Commissioners discussed the cost of providing care for dogs and the possibility of passing an emergency declaration to help pay for the costs. DES Coord. / GIS Mgr. Tom Kohley was present. They would like to discuss the possibility of a resolution to the issue with the County Attorney before making a decision on the levy.
Commissioners received a proposal from PacifiCorps for Wind Impact Fees totaling 1.25% of the project cost and a New and Expanding Industry Tax Abatement application requesting a 75% tax abatement.
9:50 Commissioner Bullock moved to approve the Interlocal Agreement with the Town of Fromberg for Subdivision Review; Commissioner DeArmond seconded; motion carried.
Commissioner DeArmond moved to appoint Jason Larson to the Interdisciplinary Child Protection Team as a representative of DPHHS; Commissioner Blain seconded; motion carried.
Don Hornberg met with Commissioners regarding 310 and floodplain permitting. He noted he has not received response from CCCD and Army Corps regarding projects his neighbor has done in RockCreek that he does not believe were permitted.
