COMMISSIONERS’ PROCEEDINGS

Commissioners Scott Miller, Scott Blain, and Administrative Officer Angela Newell were present.
8:30 Pledge of Allegiance.
Sanitarian in Training Barbara Krizek met with Commissioner regarding the Kampher septic installation. The system was inspected yesterday and does not conform to the approved system.
9:00 GIS Coordinator Tom Kohley met with Commissioner regarding Rural Fire Capacity Grant. Grant was awarded in the amount of $5,000. Miller approved the Grant Subaward Agreement; Bullock Seconded; motion carried.
9:20 Dave Westwood Red Lodge City Councilman met with Commissioners.
10:00 County Attorney Alex Nixon met with Commissioners for his regular meeting. Deputy County Attorney position was accepted by Robert Spoja. Discussed HB 702 and the quarantine changes being made by other Public Health Offices.
Miller moved to approve August 3rd and 5th Commissioners’ Proceedings; Bullock seconded; motion carried.
One Asphalt Bid received by Fisher Industries for $52,50/ton. Blain moved to accept; Miller seconded; motion carried.
