COMMISSIONERS’ PROCEEDINGS

Commissioners Scott Miller, Scott Blain and Bill Bullock; and Administrative Officer Angela Newell were present.
8:30 Pledge of Allegiance.
9:00 Transportation committee meeting. In attendance were: Superintendent of School Lori Lynde, Superintendent of School Assistant Lori Kane; Alex Ator, Brandon Crane, and Joel Bertolino from Roberts; Bill Phillips and Crystal Zentner, Bridger; John Fitzgerald, Red Lodge; Teri Harris and Kristin Bauwens, Fromberg; Allison Evertz, Joliet; and Linda Gasser and Beth Pulse, Belfry. Each district and presented their school bus routes and the committee voted. Commissioners provided road condition updates; low moisture has made maintenance difficult and grading does not hold. Miller requested increased communication for road related requests. Blain also requested that special travel be noticed in advance to better accommodate additional maintenance or snow plowing that may be necessary.
9:30 Miller moved to approve employee time as submitted; Blain seconded; motion carried.

Miller moved to accept District Court Fines and Fees Summary and Treasurer Cash reports for July 2021; Bullock seconded; motion carried.

10:00 Public Health Coordinator Interview Erin Cross.

11:00 Public Health Coordinator Interview Sharon Muller.

12:00 Adjourned.
