Commissioners Scott Miller, Scott Blain, and Bill Bullock were present.
8:30 Pledge of Allegiance.
8:45- HR specialist Kate Asbury and DES Coordinator Cyrina Allen. Allen requested some time for family medical in Nebraska and work remotely as much as possible starting about September 15th. Discussion about intermittent FMLA would apply but Allen would need a county variance to still access her email and computer. Bullock moved to allow a variance to Allen to work remotely as needed while attending to a family medical situation. Blain seconded. Motion carried.

9:00–Allen discussed the rock debris status at various locations including Red Lodge City limits, Rockvale Bridge, Western Ranch Estates, and Fromberg.

9:10–Asbury discussed COVID. Currently a few staff are currently out with COVID. State does not have a policy nor does the county. After 3 days FMLA would apply. COVID will be treated like any other illness.

10:00 Contract Civil Attorney Jacque Papez arrived for County Attorney time. Motion from Bullock to close the meeting to discuss current litigation. Miller Second. Motion passed.

10:40 Bullock moved to approve temp opening and job description for the Public Health Nurse. Blain Second. Motion passed.

1:00 Met with Arete at their office to discuss Cedarwood designs
