Commissioners Robert ‘Pits’ DeArmond, Scott Blain, and Bill Bullock, and Administrative Officer Angela Newell were present.
8:30 Pledge of Allegiance
9:00 Commissioner DeArmond moved to approve the Road Maintenance Agreement with the Bureau of Land Management; Commissioner Blain seconded; motion carried.
9:30 Commissioner Bullock moved to approve the Public Health Services Agreement with Beartooth Billings Clinic; Commissioner DeArmond seconded; motion carried.
Commissioner Bullock moved to approve the Regional Detention Facility Scope of Work with Spectrum Group Architects; Commissioner DeArmond seconded; motion carried.
10:00 Sanitarian in Training Cortney Lynde met with Commissioners for her monthly update. She noted licensed establishment inspections are going well and her office has been busy with septics.
10:30 DES Coord. / Fire Warden Tom Kohley met with Commissioners for his monthly update (report attached).
11:00 Jillann Knutson and Steve Simonson from the Beartooth Resource Conservation and Development (RC&D) agency met with Commissioners to discuss jail and court house facilities. RC&D will be assisting the County with grant applications to help fund projects.
12:00 Commissioners attended the Transportation Committee meeting.
