Commissioners Scott Blain, and Bill Bullock; and Administrative Officer Angela Newell were present.
8:30 Pledge of Allegiance.
9:55 Bullock Departed.
10:00 Nixon and blain met.
10:20 Bullock returned. Discussed Alternatives, motion to dismiss the Bennett’s claim regarding to records requests,
Commissioners reviewed and accepted the Payment Request from Robert Peccia & Associates.
11:00 Disaster and Emergency Services (DES) Coordinator Cyrina Allen met for her weekly meeting. Discussion of Simulcast Radio System including the installation of microwave equipment and registering antennas and possible vendors for road radio installations. Discussion about duties split with Kohley and proposal for Kohley to continue to manage IAMResponding and monitor the military surplus list but be removed from all other emergency management duties unless it is a Fire or Allen requests assistance. Discussed debris removal meeting tomorrow with State DES and Allen’s comments on the USACE report.

11:55 Rod Ostermiller from the South Central Regional Mental Health Center met regarding staffing in the Red Lodge office.
