COMMISSIONERS’ PROCEEDINGS

Commissioners Scott Miller, Scott Blain, and Bill Bullock; and Administrative Officer Angela Newell were present.
8:30 Pledge of Allegiance.
Disaster and Emergency Services (DES) Coordinator & Public Health Officer Cyrina Allen met with Commissioners regarding vacation and training travel requests.
9:30 Red Lodge Mayor Bill Larson met with Commissioners for his weekly meeting.
10:00 Geospatial Information Systems Coordinator / Fire Warden Tom Kohley met with Commissioners. Discussion regarding liability for subdivisions with bridge load limits or other barriers that prevent emergency response access. Commissioners asked what was the basis for the weight limits that are established on the bridge that accesses Western Ranch Estates Unit 1. Discussion about recording letter from Roberts Fire Department that they will not be responding to fires in the subdivision because of bridge weight limits.
11:45 Blain moved to approve Commissioners Proceedings for November 30, 2021; Miller seconded; motion carried.
