Commissioners Scott Miller, Scott Blain, and Bill Bullock; and Administrative Officer Angela Newell were present.
8:30 Pledge of Allegiance.
9:30 Red Lodge Mayor Bill Larson and Mayor Elect Kristen Cogswell met with Commissioners for their regular meeting. Discussed HR Interlocal Agreement, the failure of the opportunity zone, and housing development below the golf course. Brian Hannah from public works is working with Tim Swansborough on building permits. Discussed Robertson Draw Fire and similar fuel situations and logging projects.
Blain moved to accept Treasurer Cash Report for November 2021; Miller seconded; motion carried.

Blain moved to accept Clerk and Recorder Monthly Deposit Reconciliation; Miller seconded; motion carried.

Sanitarian in Training Barbara Krizek met with Commissioner regarding an ongoing septic issue with Trent Curry on Jones lane. Krizek issued a letter that the property is not being approved at the local level due to ground water testing issues; testing was not done to specifications outlined by Lynde. The property is in the process of being sold with a contingency that DEQ sanitary approval is secured. Well driller Douglas Drill requested a site visit which alerted Krizek to the issue with groundwater monitoring location. Krizek in not comfortable issuing the local approval for DEQ when the monitoring location was not within the identified drain field.
