Commissioners Scott Blain and Bill Bullock and Commissioner-elect Scott Miller; and Commissioners’ Secretary Barbara Krizek were present.

8:30 Pledge of Allegiance

Resolution 2020-31, PROSECUTORIAL ASSISTANCE STATE V. BRYANT NUTTING, was signed by both Commissioners.

Commissioner Bullock moved to approve Commissioner Proceedings for December 3 and 8, 2020; Commissioner Blain seconded; motion carried.

9:00 Brent Moore of Interstate Engineering joined via tele-conference. Discussion regarding the Town of Joliet Interlocal Agreement for annexation of the proposed Detention Facility. Commissioner Bullock has also been coordinating with Montana-Dakota Utilities regarding gas service as there is discussion about needing to enhance lines for the volume of use; MDU will provide a cost estimate in early January.

10:00 Commissioner Bullock departed the meeting; re-joined at 10:30 via tele-conference.

Commissioner Bullock moved to approve Employee Time as submitted; Commissioner Blain seconded; motion carried.

10:55 Steve Fredrickson of the Beartooth Elks Club joined the meeting to discuss snow removal and the Memorandum of Understanding with the County; the topic will be re-visited at a future date.
