Commissioner Bullock moved to approve Commissioners Proceedings for December 17, 2019; Commissioner DeArmond seconded; motion carried.
9:20 Commissioner Bullock moved to approve the Wrestling Club Lease effective January 6, 2020; Commissioner DeArmond seconded; motion carried.
Commissioners discussed detention facility operation costs for 100-bed vs. 50-bed facility. Commissioner Blain will try to put some numbers into a spreadsheet for comparison.
