COMMISSIONERS’ PROCEEDINGS       

          February 2 , 2015

          Commissioners Doug Tucker, John Grewell, and John Prinkki were present.  

8:30 Pledge of Allegiance.

9:30 Clerk and Recorder Marcia Henigman met with Commissioners regarding County Land that they are considering selling. Commissioner Tucker moved to put two County properties up for sale at public auction described as S33, T09 S, R25 E, NE4SW4, NW4SE4 80 Acres and RL Original Townsite S27, T07 S, R20 E, RLOP ALL BLK22; Commissioner Grewell seconded; motion carried. 

10:00 Commissioner Grewell move to set the rental rate for State Offices that are moving into the New Annex at $13.75/sq ft; Commissioner Tucker seconded; motion carried.

Commissioners reviewed Growth Policy as approved by the Planning Board.

11:00 Commissioner Prinkki spoke with Red Lodge Rural Fire #7 Board Secretary Tom Kastellitz regarding the Fire Impact Fee. The Fire District board would like an opportunity to review the fee and the issue will be revisited February 26, 2015 at 10:00am.

Commissioner Tucker moved to approve January 12th, 15th, 22th, 26th meeting minutes; Commissioner Grewell seconded; motion carried.
