COMMISSIONERS’ PROCEEDINGS        

          February 22, 2016

          Commissioners Doug Tucker and John Grewell were present. Commissioner Prinkki was attending National Association of Counties meetings in Washington DC.

8:30 Pledge of Allegiance.

Commissioners received notice from Mike Black on Friday that he will decline the Road and Bridge Superintendent position offer.

Commissioners reviewed quote from Mydland Mechanical to address heating and boiler issues in Personal Services building. The costs will be budgeted in the 2016-2017 Fiscal Year.

9:50 DES Coord./GIS Mgr. Tom Kohley met with Commissioners to discuss possible alternate sites for the Bridger Radio Tower site. The current site is difficult to access.

10:00 Commissioners approved employee time entries for February 7 – 20.

10:25 Commissioner Tucker moved to approve the Morrison Maierle IT Services Contract; Commissioner Grewell seconded; motion carried.
