          Commissioners Doug Tucker, John Grewell, and John Prinkki were present.

      8:30 Pledge of Allegiance.

      Commissioner Tucker moved to accept meeting minutes from February 19th and 23rd as presented; Commissioner Grewell seconded; motion carried.

      10:00 Tom Kuntz, Tom Kastelitz, Tim Ryan, and Dick Deville from Red Lodge Rural Fire #7 Board and Planning Director Brent Moore met with Commissioners to discuss the Fire Impact Fee. Carbon County News reporter Eleanor Guerrero was also present. The Fire Board has discussed the potential for future growth despite the current slow growth rates. The Impact Fee would need to be reevaluated if it were to remain in place.

      Commissioner Grewell  moved to rescind resolution 2007-10 Establishing the Red Lodge Rural Fire District #7 Impact Fee; Commissioner Tucker seconded; motion carried with all three Commissioners voting in favor.

      Commissioner Tucker asked about Search and Rescue charges for service. Tom Kuntz noted that if there was a medical component to the rescue the person gets billed personally for those service.

      11:00 Road Superintendent Shawn Mains met with Commissioners to discuss road and bridge maintenance issues.
