Commissioners Robert ‘Pits’ DeArmond, Scott Blain, and Bill Bullock, and Administrative Officer Angela Newell were present.

Commissioner Bullock moved to approve Commissioners proceedings for January 10, 2019; Commissioner DeArmond seconded; motion carried.
Commissioners received a letter from Justice of the Peace Kevin Nichols requesting Clerk Callie Allen be moved from the mid-clerk pay rate to the top clerk pay rate. Commissioner Bullock moved to approve; Commissioner DeArmond seconded; motion carried.
Commissioner Bullock noted he, Commissioner DeArmond, and DES Coord. / GIS Mgr. Tom Kohley participated in the conference call Monday with Codan regarding the radio system. They discussed access to the Shane Ridge tower site and opening up roads to the other towers.
Commissioner Bullock moved to rescind New and Expanding Industry tax abatements for the Mud Springs Et. Al. Wind Projects Resolutions 2018-01, 2018-02, 2018-03, and 2018-04; Commissioner DeArmond seconded; motion carried.
10:00 County Attorney Alex Nixon and Contract Civil Attorney Jacque Papez met with Commissioners. The meeting was closed to discuss personnel issues and the Burgen and Industrial Communications litigation.
10:40 The meeting was reopened. Commissioners discussed changes to the County Personnel Policy.
Commissioner Bullock moved to waive fees for the Skijoring Association’s use of stalls at the Fairgrounds; Commissioner DeArmond seconded; motion carried.
Commissioners discussed creating a County Facebook.
