Commissioners Doug Tucker and John Grewell were present.
Commissioner John Prinkki was attending a meeting in Helena to discuss the Mud Springs Wind Project sage grouse and golden eagle mitigation plans. The meeting was with Montana Fish Wildlife and Parks Director Jeff Hagener, Tracy Stone Manning and Adam Schaefer representing the Governor's Office, and John Lewis, a private consultant representing EverPower.

Commissioner Tucker moved to accept Treasurer’s Cash Report for December 2015; Commissioner Grewell seconded; motion carried.
Commissioner Tucker moved to accept Clerk and Recorder’s Monthly Deposit Reconciliation for December 2015; Commissioner Grewell seconded; motion carried.
Commissioner Tucker moved to accept Justice Court End of Period Disbursement for December 2015; Commissioner Grewell seconded; motion carried.
Commissioner Tucker moved to accept District Court’s Fine Distribution Report for December 2015; Commissioner Grewell seconded; motion carried.
Commissioner Tucker moved to accept December 2015 Claims as presented; Commissioner Grewell seconded; motion carried.
Commissioner Grewell moved to accept meeting minutes for December 21, 24, 28 as presented; Commissioner Tucker seconded; motion carried.
9:30 Commissioners participated in a conference call with Bill Lloyd of Great West Engineering and David Corcoran with the Department of Commerce to discuss the TSEP Planning Grant. The contract for the East Pryor Road Bridge has been delayed and has delayed the project award.
Commissioners reviewed Bridge inspection report with Bill Lloyd and discussed possible bridge projects to include in the next round of TSEP Grant Applications. They discussed the Chance (Jackson) Bridge on the Clarks Fork, the West Pryor Road Bridger over Elbow Creek, and three bridges on Bluewater Creek: Lower River Road, Fromberg Bridger Road, and Musegades Road.
