Commissioners Doug Tucker and John Prinkki and Administrative Assistant Angela Newell were present.

8:30 Pledge of Allegiance

Commissioner Tucker moved to approve claims for December 2016 as presented; Commissioner Prinkki seconded; motion carried.

Commissioner Prinkki moved to approve January 5, 2017 minutes; Commissioner Tucker seconded; motion carried.

9:00 Commissioner Prinkki moved to approve Resolution 2017-02 State of Montana Surplus Property Program; Commissioner Tucker seconded; motion carried.

Commissioner Prinkki moved to accept Clerk and Recorder Monthly Deposit Reconciliation for December 2016; Commissioner Tucker seconded; motion carried.

10:00 Sanitarian Josh Juarez met with Commissioners for his monthly update. H performed 65 licensing inspections between October and December and roughly 71 prior to October. There are 240 licenses for renewal expected. Josh has performed the final inspection for a cistern in the Dot Calm Subdivision. He believes the landowners in the subdivision understand that no more wells will be approved for the subdivision so no more wells should be drilled.
