Commissioners Robert ‘Pits’ DeArmond, Scott Blain, and Bill Bullock, and Administrative Officer Angela Newell were present.

9:00 Commissioners reviewed budgets for the 18-19 fiscal year. Commissioner DeArmond moved to approve a transfer of $81,000 from the General Fund to Building Capital Fund for planning for courthouse and jail facilities and to move $5,000 from the Fair Fund to the Fair Capital Fund; Commissioner Bullock seconded; motion carried.
9:15 Judge Kevin Nichols, Crystal Roascio, Clerk and Recorder Christine Stovall, Deputy Clerk and Recorder Lola Ashby, Deputy Clerk and Recorder Macque Bohleen met with Commissioners to swear Crystal in as Deputy Clerk and Recorder. Brandon, Maddie, Wyatt, and Peyton Roascio were present.
9:30 Lori Kane met with Commissioners for the Interdisciplinary Child Information Team appointments. Commissioner Bullock moved to form an Interdisciplinary Child Information and School Safety Team per 52-2-211MCA; Commissioner DeArmond seconded; motion carried. Commissioners appointed representatives as follows: Pam Hellerud Youth Court, Lori Lynde Superintendent of Schools, Josh McQuillan Sheriff, Bill Phillips Bridger School, and Teri Harris Fromberg School. Commissioners confirmed appointments are ongoing until the agency names a new representative.
10:00 Sanitarian Cortney Lynde met with Commissioners for her monthly update. She noted she will be busy this week performing inspections for temporary food licenses and will be inspecting rodeo kitchen today; Commissioners confirmed they will waive inspections fees for the Rodeo as has been done in the past. Cortney noted she is looking to schedule her Registered Sanitarian test in September. Her office has issued 24 septic permits and performed 12 septic inspections this year.
10:30 DES Coord. / GIS Mgr. Tom Kohley met with Commissioners for his monthly report. Tom discussed new addresses for the US Highway 310/212 alignment; he noted there will also be some changes to some of the surrounding roads which will be given and east/west designation. He noted his office will be placing new address signs for residents affected by the realignment. Tom and Commissioners had a conference call with Tom Dunne; Dunne will be up next week to program road repeaters and finalizing that component of the radio system. Also noted Bridger road will be demolishing the Bridger radio tower this week; asked about templates for new tower; Dunne is still waiting for them.

11:00 Tom Kohley and Commissioners discussed the DES, 911, and PILT Communications budgets.
11:30 Contract Planner Forrest Mandeville, Charles Truxillo, Clerk and Recorder Christine Stovall, and Kate Stout from Red Lodge Surveying met with Commissioners regarding the Clearview Subsequent Minor Subdivision Final Plat Approval. Commissioner Bullock moved to approve the Clearview Subsequent Minor Subdivision Final Plat; Commissioner DeArmond seconded; motion carried.
Commissioner Bullock moved to approve the Clerk and Recorder’s Monthly Deposit Reconciliation for June 2019; Commissioner DeArmond seconded; motion carried.
Commissioner Bullock moved to approve Treasurer’s Cash report for June 2019; Commissioner DeArmond seconded; motion carried.
