Commissioners Scott Blain, Scott Miller; and Administrative Officer Angela Newell were present.
8:30 Pledge of Allegiance.
9:00 Treasurer Lori Lynde met with Commissioners for her quarterly Collateral Report. Blain moved to accept the Collateral Report showing total cash in the Office and in Banks at $39,494,038.16; miller seconded; motion carried.
Blain moved to approve the Agreement with Billing Document Specialists for Treasurer Tax Billing services; Miller seconded; motion carried.
9:30 Red Lodge Mayor Bill Larson met with Commissioners for his weekly meeting. In attendance was newly appointed Police Chief Greg Srock. Discussed upcoming Beartooth Rally, County Fair, Hells Angels Conference, and Detention Facility Special Election.
10:00 Contract Civil Deputy County Attorney Jacque Papez met with Commissioners for the regular County Attorney Appointment. She has not yet received confirmation from Industrial’s attorney regarding settlement documents.
10:30 Blain moved to approve the second claim check run for June 2021; Miller seconded; motion carried.
11:30 DES Coordinator Cyrina Allen met with Commissioners regarding Radio Communication Guidance. The guidance document and Report form were presented. EMPG was awarded a total of $103K (grant funds $51,500). Grant agreement was executed. Discussion regarding remaining vat of hand sanitizer; it was suggested Beartooth Billings Clinic be consulted regarding their interest in taking it over.
