COMMISSIONERS’ PROCEEDINGS

Commissioner Bill Bullock and Administrative Assistant Angela Newell were present. Commissioner John Grewell participated via video conference.

8:30 Pledge of Allegiance.

Commissioner Grewell moved to approve June 1, 5, 8, 15, and 19, 2017 Commissioner minutes; Commissioner Bullock seconded; motion carried.

Commissioner Grewell moved to approve Treasurer’s Cash Report for June 2017; Commissioner Bullock seconded; motion carried.

9:00 Commissioner Grewell moved to approve Resolution 2017-11 Road and Bridger Personnel Rates for Fiscal Year 2017-2018; Commissioner Bullock seconded; motion carried.

9:30 Contract Planner Monica Plecker and Jeremy Eaton from Great West Engineering met with Commissioners for final plat approvals. Commissioner Grewell moved to approve the Final Plat for the Davenport Subdivision with conditions; Commissioner Bullock seconded; motion carried. Commissioner Grewell moved to approve the Final Plat for the Baranko Beartooth Business Park Subsequent Minor Subdivision with conditions; Commissioner Bullock seconded; motion carried.
