Commissioners Doug Tucker and Bill Bullock were present.

8:30 Pledge of Allegiance

Bob Adkins, Carl DeVries, and Danny Midland were present.

9:00 DES Coord. / GIS Mgr. Tom Kohley met with Commissioners to discuss Fire Restrictions.

Treasurer Jane Swanson-Webb met with Commissioners. Commissioner Bullock moved to accept Quarterly Collateral Report for 4th Quarter for 2016-17 Fiscal Year; Commissioner Tucker seconded; motion carried.

Commissioner Bullock moved to accept Resolution 2017-11 Establishing a Policy When More Than One Person Seeks the Same Property for a Tax Lien Assignment; Commissioner Tucker seconded; motion carried.

10:00 Jeremy Sweeney and Susan Hovde met with Commissioners to discuss the Court House addition project. Discussed construction schedule, contract obligations, bond for start date, and reviewed subcontractors.

Commissioner Bullock moved to accept construction contract with Sweeney Legacy; Commissioner Tucker seconded; motion carried.
