9:00 Kate Stout with Red Lodge Survey and Clerk and Recorder Christine Stovall met with Commissioners regarding the abandonment of a survey. Commissioner Bullock moved to approve the Declaration of Vacation for Certificate of Survey 1042RB; Commissioner DeArmond seconded; motion carried.
Commissioner Bullock moved to approve Commissioners minutes from May 20, 21, and 23, 2019; Commissioner DeArmond seconded; motion carried.
10:00 Extension Agent Nikki Bailey met with Commissioners for her preliminary budget. Only changes were in regard to purchasing a new vehicle to share with the Floodplain Administrator; Nikki noted the Ford Taurus they currently share does not meet the needs of either department and often leaves them using their own vehicles.
