Commissioners Scott Blain, and Bill Bullock; and Administrative Officer Angela Newell were present.
8:30 Pledge of Allegiance.
Stephen Merritt and Peggy Monaghan met regarding the decision on Canyon Ranches Estates Subdivision; Newell provided a copy of the approval letter.
Mike Keys joined meeting; discussed potential petition regarding placing recreational marijuana sales back on the ballot. Bullock discussed petition process as out lined in law.
9:00 Public Health Director Erin Cross met with Commissioners for her monthly update. Cross reviewed her written report (attached). Discussed continued Beartooth Billings Clinics Reporting issues.
9:30 Red Lodge Mayor Kristin Cogswell met for her regular meeting. Discussed Tax Increment District Software; election concerns, the City Police Department will be placing an officer at the Civic Center for the election; and the Renaissance Fair this weekend.
10:00 County Attorney Alex Nixon and Contract Deputy Jacque Papez met with Commissioners for their regular meeting. Discussion about petition process regarding overturning legalization of recreational marijuana; Cascade County is requiring a petition. Discussion regarding signage restrictions in Marijuana Interim Zoning regulations. Discussed Beartooth Billings Clinic Reporting to Public Health; they are circumventing Public Health and going directly to the State in violation of the State’s protocol.
Blain moved to accept Treasurer Cash Report for May 2022; Bullock seconded; motion carried.
Blain Moved to accept Clerk and Recorder May 2022 Report; Bullock seconded; motion carried.
Blain moved to accept District Court Report May 2022; Bullock seconded; motion carried.
Blain moved to adopt Resolution 2022-15 Prosecutorial Assistance for the case involving Issac Vorhees; Bullock seconded; motion carried.

11:45 Steve from Healthy is Wellness met with Commissioners to discuss transition to new Account Representative.
