Commissioners Scott Miller, Scott Blain, and Bill Bullock; and HR Specialist Kate Asbury were present.
9:45 Bullock moved to approve early run claims for June 2022; Miller seconded; motion carried.
9:55 Bullock moved to approve Cyber Insurance Proposal as submitted; Miller seconded; motion carried.
10:00 Bullock moved to approve Commissioners Proceedings for May 5, 2022 and May 10, 2022; Miller seconded; motion carried.
10:05 Bullock moved to approve employee time as submitted; Blain seconded; motion carried.
Asbury requested confirmation from Commissioners that the DNRC team to assist with floodplain assessments from the current flooding even is needed. Commissioners confirmed they want their assistance. Email sent to DNRC representative confirming.
10:10am Elections Administrator Crystal Roascio presented the Primary election canvass information to the Commissioners and the post-election audit findings which indicated an accurate tabulation of votes. Bullock moved to approve the 2020 Primary Election Canvas as presented; Miller seconded, motion carried.
Next meeting scheduled for June 23rd will be canceled to continue to focus on flood disaster response.
