9:00 Floodplain Administrator, Annie Gillespie and Clerk & Recorder Christine Stovall preliminary budget review. Carbon County News reporter, Eleanor Guerrero joined the meeting.

Letter of Resignation received from DUI Task Force coordination, Mary Cameron
Fair Board Letter of Interest received from Jillann Knutson.
9:30 DPHHS Immunization Program Grant Agreement Task Order / Contract #20-07-4-31-104-0.
Commissioner Bullock made a motion to accept Agreement, Commissioner DeArmond seconded. Motion carried.
Maintenance of the Fair Grounds was discussed. Red Lodge road shop will do a work day to address maintenance issues.
10:00 Montana Wool Growers Association Predator Control Fund Memorandum of Understanding. Commissioner DeArmond moved to accept, Commissioner Bullock seconded. Motion carried.
11:00 Employee Time Approvals. Commissioner Bullock moved to accept, Commissioner DeArmond seconded.
