Commissioners Robert ‘Pits’ DeArmond, Scott Blain and Bill Bullock, and Deputy Clerk & Recorder Lola Ashby were present.

Prior to upcoming trial have the air conditioner inspected by Cool-n-More.
Review of Mail.
Received information from Spectrum regarding Jails and other facilities they have built.
9:00 Clerk & Recorder Christine Stovall presented a Resolution to Increase the number of Deputies to 3. Commissioner Bullock moved to approve, Commissioner DeArmond seconded. Resolution 2019-08 Approved.
10:00 County Attorney and Deputy County Attorney in Court
10:26 Commissioner Bullock moved to accept Doug Whitney’s resignation from the Fair Board and to appoint Jillann Knutson to fill that at-large position. Commissioner DeArmond seconded. Motion carried.
Commissioner DeArmond asked about Belfry Cemetery and their request to build a sign there. The amount would require them to get quotes. Commissioner DeArmond called the Cemetery Board and relayed information.
10:30 Commissioner DeArmond moved to accept the bid from RDO to purchase a new road grader. Bids were opened last week. Commissioner Bullock seconded. Motion carried.
10:35 DES/GIS Kohley. A house that fell into Rock Creek was demolished. Letter were sent out to landowners for Clarks River Road address changes for old Highway 310.
11:00 Glen Oppel, consultant from Strategies 360, with MDOT Roberts Project, part of the Red Lodge North corridor, met with commissioners to discuss construction plans. Construction will begin July 9th, 2019.
11:40 Carbon Stillwater Community & Senior Programs, Nan Blair, requested $5,000.00 additional funding.
