Commissioners John Grewell and John Prinkki were present.
8:30 Pledge of Allegiance.
Public Comment Period: Marissa Godoy from Belfry met with Commissioners again regarding junk vehicles parked on her property. She noted that a Sheriff Deputy did tag vehicles that were in violation, but the owner only moved them a few feet. She requested that the lot that the County owns to be paved to keep dripping vehicle fluids from seeping into the ground. Commissioners noted that there are not available funds for the lot to be paved. Ms. Godoy also noted a property owned by Randy Black that she believes is in violation of Montana Junk Yard laws.
Road Superintendent Shawn Mains discussed road maintenance issues with Commissioners.
Commissioner Grewell moved to approve March 5th and 9th meeting minutes as presented; Commissioner Prinkki seconded; motion carried.
Commissioner Grewell moved to accept Clerk and Recorder Monthly Deposit Reconciliation for February 2015; Commissioner Prinkki seconded; motion carried.
Commissioner Grewell moved to accept Justice Court End of Period Disbursement for February 2015; Commissioner Prinkki seconded; motion carried.
10:30 Commissioner Grewell moved to approve Resolution 2015-3 Fiscal year 2014-2015 Budget Amendment Public Safety Transportation Equipment; Commissioner Prinkki seconded; motion carried
Commissioner Grewell moved to approve Resolution 2015-4 Fiscal year 2014-2015 Budget Amendment Earmarked Alcohol Tax Distribution; Commissioner Prinkki seconded; motion carried.
Commissioner Grewell moved to approve Res 2015-5 Fiscal year 2014-2015 Budget Amendment Treasure State Endowment Program Bridge Projects; Commissioner Prinkki seconded; motion carried.
Commissioners received material pricing list from Fisher Sand and Gravel.
