County Attorney Alex Nixon and Contract Deputy County Attorney Jacque Papez were present for County Attorney time.
Blain moved to close meeting for legal strategy; miller seconded; motion carried.

2:30 Sanitarian update. Sanitarian in Training Barbara Krizek, PT Sanitarian Scott Vandell, and Assistant Lori Kane were present. Krizek reviewed report (attached).
Discussion about Renaissance Fair in June and possible application of Large Group Ordinance; the majority of the vendors plan to camp in the Rodeo Grounds so it may not apply. Complaints continue on E Pryor Road regarding on-site wastewater. Krizek would like to stay after FDA workshop for NEHA Conference; requested approval for extended training. Has West lined up to cover office, would count toward CEU if license secured.

3:00 Miller moved to approve employee time as submitted; Blain seconded; motion carried.
