Commissioner Blain moved to approve renewal of CTA Planning Services Agreement; Commissioner DeArmond seconded; motion carried.

Discussed Road millings from highway realignment project for the Joliet district; Commissioner Blain noted that per MDT the County cannot trade millings for gravel.
