Commissioners Scott Miller and Bill Bullock were present.
8:30 Pledge of Allegiance.
Commissioners discussed the movement of HR Director’s office.

10:00 Newell joined the meeting. Discussed Senior Center ARPA allocations and pulling money back to fund commodities purchases specifically for USDA-slaughtered animals. Commissioners would like to reallocate all unspent senior center allocations to an Area II Agency on Aging grant specific to commodities with a bi-annual accounting on how the grant funds were spent and with the expectation that it be allocated on a per-capita basis.

Commissioners discussed Wind Impact funds and allocation to culvert replacements and the possibility of using some of the funds to construct additional shop space in Bridger. Discussion with Town of Bridger regarding the possibility of using some of the impact funds for grant match to the City for upgrades to City Hall.

Discussed substantial completion and punch list for the replacement of Bridges destroyed in the 2022 flood.

Discussion of possible policy changes including alterations to Commissioners’ Meeting Procedures related to House Bill 890 compliance.

Discussed Administrative Officer functions and statutory duties of the Clerk and Recorder concerning the Commissioners’ Office in general and specifically Tax Deed Sales.
