COMMISSIONERS’ PROCEEDINGS        

          November 2, 2015

          Commissioners Doug Tucker, John Grewell, and John Prinkki were present.

8:30 Pledge of Allegiance.

          Commissioner Tucker moved to accept Treasurer’s cash Report for October 2015; Commissioner Grewell seconded; motion carried.

          Jeremy Sweeney met with Commissioners to discuss the constructing an enclosure for the “car port” at the Personal Services Building for snow plowing equipment.

          9:00 Commissioner Grewell moved to accept recommendation of Election Administrator Judy Christensen to appoint Nancy Ebel, Alfred Ebel, and Karen Lindeke as Election Judges and Counting Board for the November 3rd Municipal Election; Commissioner Tucker seconded; motion carried.

          Commissioner Tucker moved to accept meeting minutes for October 26th and 29th as reviewed; Commissioner Grewell seconded; motion carried.

          10:00 Brent Moore and Monica Plecker from CTA and Sanitarian Josh Juarez met with Commissioners to discuss the Flood Plain Administration transition. Monica reviewed accomplishments and ongoing work items. They also discussed implementation of a permit and application fee, public education and outreach especially for relators, and the need for an updated Flood Plain Ordinance.
