COMMISSIONERS’ PROCEEDINGS        

         November 28, 2016

         Commissioners John Grewell and Administrative Assistant Angela Newell were present.

8:30 Pledge of Allegiance

10:00 Monica Plecker met with Commissioner Grewell regarding the Pryor Mountain View Subdivision Final Plat Approval. Ron Kapor was present. Commissioner John Prinkki participated via phone. Commissioner Prinkki moved to approve the final plat for the Pryor Mountain View Subdivision as all conditions on the preliminary plat have been met; Commissioner Grewell seconded; motion carried.

Commissioner Prinkki moved to approve Weed Board Bylaws and Administration Rules as amended; Commissioner Grewell seconded; motion carried.

Warene Wall was rescheduled for Thursday December 1.
