COMMISSIONERS’ PROCEEDINGS       

 November 30, 2015

          Commissioners Doug Tucker and John Grewell were present.

          8:30 Pledge of Allegiance.

          Commissioner Grewell moved to accept the quote from Black Mountain Software for purchase and 1st year annual maintenance for the Mini-HR Module for ACA reporting; Commissioner Tucker seconded; motion carried.

          Commissioner Grewell moved to accept November 19th and 23rd meeting minutes as presented; Commissioner Tucker seconded; motion carried.

          Commissioner Grewell moved to accept the quote from Covering Broadway for flooring in the Sheriff’s Office; Commissioner Tucker seconded; motion carried.

          9:00 The Interview Committee, consisting of Commissioner Grewell, Joliet Foreman Al Swigert, and Human Resources Angela Newell, interviewed applicants for the open Road Maintenance Worker position.

          11:30 Based upon interview committee recomendation Commissioner Grewell moved to offer the open Road Maintenance Worker position effective December 28th to Shawn Mains as he had the highest interview score; Commissioner Tucker seconded; motion carried.
