COMMISSIONERS’ PROCEEDINGS

Commissioners Doug Tucker, Scott Blain, and Bill Bullock, and Administrative Assistant Angela Newell were present.
8:30 Pledge of Allegiance
Gordon Sirrine was present.
Commissioner Tucker moved to accept October 5th and 10th Commissioners Minutes; Commissioner Blain seconded; motion carried.
9:00 County Attorney Alex Nixon and Civil Deputy Jacque Papez met with Commissioners. They discussed the New and Expanding Industry Applications for the EverPower “Mud Springs” wind project. The County has not received documents noting revisions to the original Development Permit Application; County attorney is not sure the New and Expanding Industry tax abatement should be granted without the revision documents.
9:45 Commissioners reviewed draft Floodplain Administrator job description.
10:15 Meeting closed to discuss a personnel issue.
10:20 Reopened.
Commissioners discussed Red Lodge School’s request to lease property to construct a bus barn. Commissioners noted the Fair Board does not appear to be in favor of granting the lease.
