COMMISSIONERS’ PROCEEDINGS

Commissioners Scott Blain and Bill Bullock, and Administrative Assistant Angela Newell were present.
8:30 Pledge of Allegiance
9:00 Deputy County Attorney Shannon Foley met with Commissioners. They discussed drafting a rental agreement for a Bridger Road Employee to park a trailer at Bridger Road Shop.
9:15 County Attorney Alex Nixon joined the meeting. They discussed interlocal agreements with the City of Red Lodge for City Court, Victim Advocate, and Cemetery District Administration; all three will be placed on the Commissioners agenda to try to get resolution with the City of Red Lodge. They also discussed Fairgrounds dieannexation; Commissioner Bullock will request City share in surveying costs. Alex noted the Roberts Water and Sewer District had a meeting with Paris Montana regarding the Sewer Main Easement; the two parties are likely to come to resolve the issue on their own.
Commissioner Blain moved to accept minutes from September 7 and 11, 2017; Commissioner Bullock seconded; motion carried.
10:15 Commissioner Blain moved to approve Resolution 2017-17 Fiscal Year 2017-18 Budget Amendment; Commissioner Bullock seconded; motion carried.
10:30 Commissioner Blain moved to reappoint Don Blyton to the Carbon County Library Board as the Joliet Commissioner District Representative for a 5 year term to end 5/31/22; Commissioner Bullock seconded; motion carried.
