COMMISSIONERS’ PROCEEDINGS        

          October 15, 2015

          Commissioners Doug Tucker and John Prinkki were present.

8:30 Pledge of Allegiance.

          9:00 County Attorney Alex Nixon met with Commissioners regarding County business. Discussed Tuttle Lane Bridge, the new maintenance on the Bridge does not appear to be up to County. Commissioner Prinkki gave an update on the E. Rosebud meeting he attended Tuesday. He notified landowners that they could petition the County to adopt it as a County Road and/or establish a road improvement district so landowners had control over road maintenance; establishing a road improvement district may also qualify the road for Federal Forest Access funds.

          10:00 Red Lodge Community Development Director Peter Italiano and Red Lodge Rural Fire #7 Chief Tom Kuntz met with Commissioners regarding the GIS Licenses Agreement. Before Agreement is approved Tom Kohley needs to reconfirm licensing fees and the difference between the advanced and basic desktop licenses.

          11:00 Treasurer Jane Swanson Webb met with Commissioners for Fiscal Year 2016 Fist Quarter Collateral. Commissioner Tucker moved to accept Qtr 1 Collateral report as presented; Commissioner Prinkki seconded; motion carried.

Jane also discussed Luther School’s request for a meeting regarding the services Contract Superintendent of Schools Dan Martin will provide. Commissioners would be willing to host another meeting.

          Commissioner Tucker moved to approve Inmate Excess Medical Insurance Program Renewal; Commissioner Prinkki seconded; motion carried.

          12:00 Board of Health Meeting. Commissioner Tucker moved to approve meeting minutes of July 16, 2015; Dick Nolan seconded; motion carried.
